- The service has not yet been started or initiated.
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
- The delivered work does not match the agreed-upon scope, and we are unable to resolve the issue after revisions.
- A cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order (before any work has begun).
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- If the project has already started or been partially/completely delivered.
- For digital products (designs, code, logos, etc.) once final files are sent.
- Delays caused by client inaction, lack of communication, or missed deadlines on your end.
- Change of mind after work has started.
- Failure to provide required information/content after multiple follow-ups.
🔄 Revisions Instead of Refunds
Our goal is your satisfaction. If you’re unhappy with the initial result, we’ll gladly provide free revisions as per the package you selected. We’ll work closely with you until you’re fully satisfied.
💳 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@websolutionz.site with the following details:
- Your full name and order ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting information or screenshots
Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
⚖️ Final Decision
All refunds are at the discretion of WebSolutionZ after reviewing your case. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
